What do I need to do to audit a course?

Has your address, phone number, email or other personal information changed? Please make your changes in person by visiting Registration. For more information, contact: Registrar (708) 596-2000 Ext. 5814.

To submit additional address information (i.e. mailing address, email, emergency contact), use the Additional Address form, and bring or mail it in to the Registrar, or Fax to 708-225-5806.

Want to change your curriculum? Fill out a
Curriculum/Education Objective Form and bring or mail it in to the Registrar, or Fax to 708-225-5806.

Need transcripts sent somewhere?

Complete a Transcript Request Form, and send it along with a payment of $5.00 per mailed and picked-up transcript. If you are faxing, include your credit card number, date of expiration and signature and fax to 708-225-5806.
