ACT Center™
The South Suburban College’s ACT Center™ is an online learning management and delivery system "powered by GEOLearning". As part of the nationwide ACT Center™ network, the Business & Career Institute can deliver computer-based testing and training services to you as an individual, an employer, and professional organizations.
The ACT Center™ is physically located at the Business & Career Institute, a state-of-the-art facility in the University & College Center, 16333 S. Kilbourn Ave., Oak Forest, IL and is a convenient, comprehensive resource for developing and serving the community's workforce and economy.
The ACT Center at South Suburban College is NOT affiliated with the ACT College Placement Test.
Skill-specific training is offered through thousands of Web-based, non-credit, self-paced courses developed by leading courseware providers and workplace skills assessments. You can speak to our account executives about customized programs. No certificates are issued for the completion of “individual” self-study courses.
Review the courses offered through the ACT Center™:
- Log on to ACTCenterLearning.com
- Click the "COURSE CATALOG" tab
- Click "CATALOG". (This will take a minute or two.)
Search courses by using a keyword or "ADVANCED SEARCH" or “BROWSE CATALOG"- Click on the TITLE of the course.
The course description, publisher and price will be displayed. Only a registered user will have access to a course for one year.
The ACT Center™ at the Business and Career Institute of South Suburban College is one of a nationwide group of testing centers that administer computer-based, licensure and certification examinations for many sponsoring associations. The ACT Center™ ensures individuals involved in these professions the opportunity to take these assessments in their local community.

Questions and registration for exams offered through the ACT Center must be handled by each individual organization.
Testing is also available through the ACT WorkKeys Solution Center and the Licensure & Certification Testing Center at the Business and Career Institute.
