ACADEMIC SKILL SESSION
Do you feel stressed sometimes? Most students do. Join SSC Counselor Dr. Shunda McGriff for a seminar on how to effectively manage stress. Participants will learn breathing techniques, meditation, and other techniques for reducing stress. This session will be held in person in Room 2371 on Thursday, September 9th from 3:00 – 4:00pm.
