Students can stop by and learn yoga basics and meditation techniques that will carry them through final exams and beyond! A certified instructor will be on hand to guide you in relaxation exercises and helpful de-stressing tips. Wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat if you have one. A limited number of mats will be available and de-stressing techniques will be shown using both mat and chair.
