Description of Position:

  • Answering/distributing phone calls & scheduling appointments in Qless
  • Works at front desk answering questions, receives and provides paperwork for responding to customers needs
  • Assist in monitoring of Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) and Max Time Frame appeals process for financial aid recipients
  • Assist with internal/external audit preparation as needed
  • Maintain level of confidentiality when analyzing student records & accepting documentation
  • Maintains the Financial Aid general email accounts forwarding, replying, and sending emails
  • Make sure all Financial Aid forms are updated annually
  • Ability to work/communicate with diverse staff/students
  • Assist students in accessing data in the Colleague System
  • Ability to perform and complete other tasks as assigned by FA Manager/Director
  • Ability to process Financial Aid Verification forms for selected and non-selected students

Qualifications:

  • Must have current-year FAFSA completed.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.
  • Must have an unmet financial need.
  • Must be enrolled in at least 6 credit hours.
  • Must maintain Satisfactory Academic Progress.

Status/Salary:

This is a part-time position students may work up to 20 hours a week, hourly rate $14.00.
