The SSC Department of Legal Studies and Voices of Democracy present Law Day on Wednesday, May 1, 2024. The event will be held from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. with an evening session to follow from 6 to 7 p.m. The morning and afternoon events will be held in the Kindig Performing Art Center and the Lecture Halls on the first floor of the Main Campus in South Holland, IL. It will include:

*Illinois Appellate Court (Oral Arguments)
*Mock Crime Scene
*Lunch & Learn (choose one): Employment Law, True Crime Podcast, or Court Reporting

The evening session (at 6 p.m.) will be held via Zoom and in-person in the Law Library at the Oak Forest Center in Oak Forest, IL. Discussion will include a 4-year university transfer option.
