Students must initiate the complaint procedure with (7) college days of the occurrence of the action being grieved. A college day is defined as any day excluding Saturdays, Sundays, breaks in the academic year, or any holiday recognized by the college. All fields on the form are required.
Student Self-Service will be unavailable during a scheduled upgrade from March 13 at 4:00 PM and continue through March 20. Students who wish to register during the outage window can do so by completing a paper registration form available in-person at the SSC Circle.
