Facility room rentals are available in versatile, professional spaces designed to enhance your next meeting, conference, or special event. Whether you’re hosting a corporate training, community gathering, or academic presentation, both campuses in South Holland and Oak Forest offer a welcoming environment with modern amenities to suit events of various sizes. These spaces provide a polished, worry-free experience, allowing you to focus on connecting with your audience and making your event a success.

Day charges apply to events lasting between five and eight hours, with an additional fee of $150 per hour for any time exceeding eight hours. Basic rental fees include use of a podium, up to three microphones, and audiovisual equipment, with technical support available upon request. Please note that there is no on-site copier; however, design and print orders can be placed in advance through ssc.webdeskprint.com. For printing-related questions, contact publications@ssc.edu.

Depending on the date and nature of your event, security or other staff may be required on college holidays or weekends at a rate of $50 per hour, per person. Piano tuning services are also available for $125 per hour. A certificate of insurance is required for all events. Please be aware that college campuses are closed on Fridays and Saturdays during the summer. Nonprofit organizations are eligible for a 10% discount. An information distribution table with chairs may be reserved for the free speech zone at the designated first floor ramp location for a maximum of four hours per day, for a flat fee of $25.
Election Material Distribution
SSC is an early voting site and election material may only be distributed in the free speech zone or outside of the building at a minimum of 100 feet distance from the nearest entry.
