Please submit this form to request SSC library materials. Approved requests will receive an appointment for pick-up. All communication will be sent to the requestor’s SSC email address. Please note limited materials are available for check-out and due to sanitizing procedures there may be a delay. Items not returned by the due date will incur a fee. Student Self-Service will be unavailable during a scheduled upgrade from March 13 at 4:00 PM and continue through March 20. Students who wish to register during the outage window can do so by completing a paper registration form available in-person at the SSC Circle.
