The Jane Ellen Stocker Scholarship fund awards a maximum award of $2,000 to students demonstrating a level of financial need. Students will be awarded during the month prior to Spring, Summer, and Fall semesters to assist students with unmet educational costs. Students must exhibit proof of extreme financial need, the ability for successful matriculation, and have exhausted all other resources for assistance. This scholarship is processed through a special application administered in the Foundation Office in Room 2134.
- Students must not be eligible for full financial aid, including tuition and books (unless there is a special need, such as an accommodation for a disability).
- Recipients must demonstrate an extreme financial need, such as an inability to pay to finish college/pay for books, due to special circumstance.
- Recipients must demonstrate the potential for successful matriculation, academic achievement, and must not have an “F” or “W” on their transcripts (unless a special circumstance is documented).
- Students may use this to register for Fall, Spring, or Summer semesters.
