Summer Class Registration Opens March 18th at South Suburban College

SOUTH HOLLAND, IL– Summer Registration opens at South Suburban College (SSC) on Monday, March 18, 2019. The 2019 Summer Semester begins on Monday, June 3rd for both credit and non-credit classes at the college’s Main Campus and Oak Forest Center.

The summer session is an excellent opportunity for current students to take one or two courses to continue their academic progress, while also providing new students with the perfect opportunity to begin or resume their college experience and check out SSC. Additionally, four year institution reverse transfer students are able to enroll in classes at a more affordable rate while at home for the summer.

SSC continues to offer a “Free Class” waiver to first-time credit students who don’t receive other financial assistance or subsidies and who reside within South Suburban College District 510 or Lake County, IN. The waiver applies to tuition only and does not apply to courses of more than 5 credit hours. More information is available at www.ssc.edu/freeclass.

Prospective students should get started with the Online Application at www.ssc.edu. Once the application process is complete, new students will receive an SSC email account and a Self Service Username & Password via email which will allow access to student information and class registration. Both interactive and printable Summer Credit Class Schedules are also accessible online.
