South Suburban College Offers Technology Support to Fall Semester Students

SOUTH HOLLAND, IL–South Suburban College (SSC) recently announced the extension of its Virtual Classroom Model for the 2020 Fall Semester, including blended classroom instruction methods, limited on-campus activities and athletic programs training. Additionally, the college is awarding new laptops and other technical supports such as hotspots to assist students with the technology necessary to be successful in the virtual learning environment. Fall classes begin Monday, August 17th and class schedules and registration are available online from ssc.edu.

Current and new students need only to complete a simple online form at https://www.ssc.edu/technology-relief-fund/ to apply. SSC expects to distribute significant awards/resources leading up to the start of fall classes and through the late start schedule in September.

Registration Services are open on campus from 8 am – 7 pm Monday through Thursday, Friday from 8 am – 4 pm, and on Saturday, August 15th from 9 am – 1 pm. Virtual student services are also available through ssc.edu.
Future SSC students should get started at admissions.ssc.edu. Once the application process is complete, new students will receive an SSC email account and a Self-Service Username & Password via email which will allow access to student information and class registration.
